Ever fancied donning a denim waistband over a white t-shirt?
Well, now you can, thanks to ASOS’s latest ‘Wtf?’ release.
The ‘Milk It Vintage Re-worked Denim Bustier Over T-Shirt‘ (which yes, is quite the mouthful), is what looks the waistband of a pair of denim jeans over a white T-shirt.
It’s meant to be a bustier, but it looks more as though someone’s snipped the top half of someone’s jeans and stuck it on a t-shirt.
People are not impressed.
Nor are we best pleased by the price, either. The basic, rounded neck white tee with a buttoned jean cut is supposed to be part of an ‘Exclusive’ ASOS range, and it costs £35.
Yes, nearly forty quid to look as though you’ve ripped up a pair of jeans and stuck it over your chest.
However, Asos assures it’s perfect for anyone partial to a ‘textural switch up’.
If this is the case, this top will go perfectly with these jeans over jeans.
We’ll probably give them a miss, though.
