Kim Kardashian literally wanted to kill Khloes boyfriend Tristan Thompson after he cheated on her during pregnancy.
The KUWTK reality star was fuming when she faced Tristan in the delivery room, while Khloe prepared to give birth to their daughter True in April.
Handling the situation like a mature adult, Kim made threatening gestures behind Tristans back when he turned up to support Khloe in the same week that hed been caught cheating on her with multiple women.
Captured on the E! reality show, Kims genuine reaction was pure reality TV gold thanks to Khloes decision to have the cheating drama filmed for their series.
Despite admitting she wanted to go off at Tristan, protective big sis Kim promises to keep things cute in the delivery room.
The mum-of-three is seen reluctantly hugging the NBA player after initially snubbing him on arrival with Kris Jenner and Khloes BFF Malaika Firth.

Unable to hide her disdain, Kim then makes a throat slit gesture while his back is turned and sticks out her tongue to make everyone else laugh.
The vibe in the room is calm, she insists afterwards. I thought there would be way more tension.
As much as I want to go off, I just dont think its the time. So, Im going to keep it cute. I dont have to have a lot of interaction, I just have to be there for her.
Kim was among the most vocal about Tristans unfaithfulness when it first came out, strongly urging the 34-year-old to end things with him because he would never change.
Khloe was virtually sent into labour when video footage emerged of the athlete kissing a number of other girls in April this year.
One clip showed him getting close to Instagram model Lani Blair at the PH-D Lounge in New York City, while another security tape revealed him flirting with three women in October 2017.

Explaining her decision to film the emotional fallout, Khloe told fans: When we signed up for this show over a decade ago, we signed up for a reality show, which meant showing you guys inside our lives, the good, the bad and the ugly.
To relive these moments all over again is incredibly difficult emotionally but I also hope that with every trail, tribulation and curve ball life throws at us, that we ALL get to learn from our journeys.
Meanwhile, Tristan reportedly flat-out refused to watch the scenes, seven months after the drama unfolded.
