Sharon Osbourne took a few people by surprise on Saturday night’s X Factor after a spot of pre-watershed swearing live on air.
The panellist had the chance to cast her view on Nicole’s Overs and Simon’s Groups on Saturday night ahead of the Girls and Boys categories – mentored by her and Louis – performing on Sunday.
But she got a little bit too animated when passing judgment on Matt Linnen’s cover of Careless Whisper, as part of George Michael week.
‘You did it really really well tonight, that version was rocking,’ she told him. ‘But I still feel that there’s a little bit of insecurity with you as an artist.’
And as Matt’s fans started booing her remarks, she promptly quipped: ‘Yeah, yeah I know, I’m a bitch.’
