Aled Jones has reportedly been dropped from Al Murray’s upcoming Christmas show on ITV following sexual harassment claims.
The 46-year-old singer and Songs Of Praise presenter previously issued a statement saying he’s ‘deeply sorry’ caused but but vehemently denies any ‘inappropriate contact’.
The claims have seen him dropped from numerous shows on the BBC, but now ITV have apparently pulled his appearance from Make Christmas Great Again hosted by Murray’s alter-ego The Pub Landlord.
According to The Mirror, Aled has been quietly cut from the programme which is scheduled to air on 22 December.
He was accused of sending inappropriate messages to a female colleague, with Aled voluntarily agreeing not to work while the investigation takes place.
A spokesperson for Aled Jones told Metro.co.uk, ‘Although not related to any broadcast work, Aled voluntarily agreed not to go on the BBC whilst the matter is investigated.

‘Whilst he accepts that his behaviour over a decade ago was occasionally juvenile, as was that of others, he never intended to harass or distress and he strongly denies any inappropriate contact.
‘He is, however, deeply sorry for any upset caused and hopes this matter is resolved soon.’
