Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle have made their first joint official engagement.

They appeared at the first annual Royal Foundation Forum, an event to highlight the work done by the Royal Foundation charity, with the theme, ‘Making a Difference Together’.

It is currently taking place at the Aviva offices at St. Helen’s Tower in the City of London.

The Duchess of Cambridge and her bump looked glowing in a royal blue knee length dress from maternity brand Seraphine, with three quarter length sleeves.

Kate is a fan of the colour, having worn a coat and dress in the same colour as she visited the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists yesterday (27 February).

The Duchess is clearly also a fan of the empire waist shape – as many expectant mothers are, for obvious reasons – as the dress is very similar to the one she wore yesterday.

This one, however, has a soft square neck, and is slightly longer, falling just below the knee.

It also has two large buttons, cinching in the waist, and an elegant A-line cut.

The dress costs £99 and can be purchased from Seraphine.

The Duchess has made a wise choice with this dress, as it’s made from stretch, woven fabric, for comfort with a growing bump.

She complemented the look with matching heeled court shoes.

Meghan Markle continued to show off her edgy fashion credentials, looking stylish in a navy, sleeveless wrap dress.

We look forward to many more fashion moments from these two.

The Royal Foundation is a charity set up by William and Harry, which launched in 2011.

The Duchess of Cambridge became a patron when she married William. Meghan Markle will officially become the fourth patron of the charity following her wedding to Harry on 19 May.

The foundation focuses on promoting the welfare for the armed forces, inspiring young people, supporting conservation work, and removing the stigma around mental health.
