Alexo Athletica is a sportswear company for women that differentiates itself as being Second Amendment friendly in its design.

The company says its mission statement is to allow women to “carry with confidence.”

“While big name athletic companies shy away from promoting ones second amendment right and certainly have never built in the ability to do so,” the company website states, “Alexo will never back down from supporting a womans right to choose how she defends herself while striving to bring the best in fashionable, functional active carry-wear to the market.”

The company recently introduced a line of yoga pants called the “Signature Pant,” which is designed for a woman to “hold all your essentials that make you carry with confidence,” according to the company website.

Just one problem — youll have to get in line in order to get a pair.

The pants have been sold out in all sizes in recent days.

Alexo Athletica founder Amy Robbins told The Daily Caller that the yoga pants selling out is partially a reaction to “our 2A rights being at the forefront of the conversation” and market demand.

“With over 45 million women carrying self defense tools on a daily basis, and 80% of women wearing active wear daily, we knew there was nothing on the market and decided to do something about it. We had sold out of certain sizes very quickly and with the notion of safety and our 2A rights being at the forefront of the conversation these days, we have seen so many woman rally behind us and join our movement to see self reliant, empowered lives.”

Robbins told TheDC that the inspiration for the brand came as she was training for a marathon and wanted to feel safe. She realized there was not a product available for women to exercise and carry at the same time.

“Nothing functional enough existed in the athletic space that would fit my carry needs,” Robbins said.

Robbins said that there was also increased demand for her brand given the #MeToo movement.

“With the rise of the #MeToo movement, our companys mission is to provide functional carry-wear for women to decide how and what they will carry to defend themselves so that we never have to hear one more woman say Me Too but rather say Not Me or Never Again.'”

Robbins declared, “We will always stand by our women and their right to choose how they will defend themselves.”
