Killer Lachlan White grows increasingly desperate tonight as his murder spree across Emmerdale village continues. As he tries to cover his tracks and grows worried about keeping his secret the murderer spirals out of control.

Lachlan is already on edge as he frets over a barrage of threatening texts. As he receives yet another message Lachlan sees Liv texting away on her phone and assumes that she has uncovered his secret. His mood darkens and he heads into Mill Cottage, intent on murdering again. Lachlan causes a gas leak and fiddles with the carbon monoxide detector, before slipping away, satisfied that his work is done. Liv, sitting in the cottage with her laptop, has little idea about the danger shes in.

Also in peril is Robert Sugden, who is lounging on the sofa. But Lachlans plan has unforeseen consequences, as baby Seb is spending the day with Robert, which Lachlan only realises after meeting Rebecca. His aunt later twigs that the murderer is up to no good as Lachlan panics and rushes back to the scene of the crime.

Hes met by a groggy Liv, who he promptly shoves onto the floor. With the fumes gathering and Liv and Robert unconscious, Lachlan will still have to deal with his increasingly suspicious aunt. With the bodies piling up, can anyone stop him?
