Are Kanye West and Kim Kardashian heading onto Rick and Morty?

Its pretty obvious that Kanye is a massive fan of Rick and Morty, and hes just dropped a massive hint that he could be incarnated in cartoon form.

Though hes clearly not going to go through time and space alone, and in a pic hes shared online, hes bringing Kim along with him.

While he hasnt confirmed an appearance, he has made no secret of his desire to want to be part of the series.

He had even discussed with show writer and voice of the show, Justin Roiland, about hanging out with him back in May, shortly after the show was renewed.

Excited about the extension of the series by more than 70 episodes, Kanye shared with his fans that he had watched every episode at least 5 times each.

This caused Justin to reach out and told him: Hey [Kanye] lets hang soon. Would love to have a good time with you cause thats all that matters at this point. Existence is a blink.

Kim later arranged for a special (and super weird) birthday song from the team to be sent to Kanye.

So this could be a really good piece of fan art – but forgive us for slightly getting our hopes up that this might actually be a thing.

If he is on the show, we might be in for a long wait, as creators Dan Harmon and Justin Roiland arent famed for their quick turnarond when it comes to the show.

Ryan Ridley, writer and producer of the series, even said earlier this year: They really take their time. I never understood why everybody — all parties, Dan, Justin, and Adult Swim — didnt get their s*** together, and make the show fast.

Although work is already underway on Rick and Mortys fourth season (it was renewed for 70 episodes by Adult Swim) it could be a while before it hits screens.

Ridley also said, I know how long this show takes to write, let alone animate.

Id be surprised if there was a fourth season on the air anytime sooner than 2019… late 2019.

Rick and Morty season four will air in the new year.
