Emmerdale star Andrew Scarborough has revealed that there is a huge showdown on the horizon for his character Graham Foster as he takes on Cain Dingle over the death of Joe Tate – and its anyones guess who will come out on top.
The pair are wary of each other as they both know of Joes death but Graham has kept it a secret from Cain that he himself dealt the killer blow, not the guilt ridden mechanic. And when Cain discovers this deception, it will all kick off in a big way.
Andrew told TV Times: Graham is distraught – however dysfunctional their relationship was, he viewed Joe as a son. In the next few weeks, youll see a more vulnerable side to him but youll also see the beast that came out when he “saw” his dead wife, because hes tearing himself apart and lashing out.

And on that inevitable showdown with Cain, he added: Graham would find it extremely difficult to get one over, physically, on Cain. Yes, hes a trained military guy, but Cain is cunning. Theyre evenly matched – its a bit like a Western!
Whoever will become the victor, its going to be one hell of a fight. But as they go to war, will Debbie discover the truth about Joes death?
