Joe Sugg has spoken about preparing to dance for his grandmother in Strictlys Blackpool special, saying how shes been so supportive the whole way.
Suggs grandmother, Phyllis, previously danced at the famous Blackpool Tower Ballroom in the 1940s, with the YouTuber explaining how hes looking forward to performing in her honour this Saturday.
Phyllis, 96, suffers hip pain which means shes unable to travel long distances, but is making a special exception to journey over 200 miles from Wiltshire to support Sugg and partner Dianne Buswell for the first time.
Speaking to Press Association, Joe said: She doesnt really move very well. Shes in her chair a lot of the time and shes got really bad hips but she has agreed that she will come up and watch me.
Shes been so proud, so supportive of me the whole way. She loves it, especially the ballroom stuff. If I could do a ballroom [dance] in Blackpool that would be really, really nice for her.

I feel like I must have picked up something from my nan because she gave it a go back when she was younger and must have been good at it, having danced in Blackpool.
Despite having the honour of his nan for support, Sugg is contemplating bunking off to make a trip to the arcades.
When I was growing up I loved arcades and Ive heard its a big seaside town and Ive seen so many photographs of those little two pence slot machines, Sugg added.
Thats my favourite thing to do so if I get any spare time when Im up there thats where Im going to be heading. Im going to win about five pounds in two pence coins. Two carrier bags full.
Sugg and Dianne Buswell previously laughed off romance rumours in a recent YouTube video, after the pair were spotted entering his apartment together.
Strictly Come Dancing continues on Saturday BBC One at 6.45pm.
