Harry Redknapps son Jamie wants dad voted off Im A Celeb so he can be reunited with wife

Harry Redknapp is the new favourite to be crowned King of the Jungle.

However, it appears his son Jamie is desperate for his dad to be booted off the show so he can be reunited with his wife Sandra.

The 71-year-old has not stopped talking about his love since entering the show and has compared his relationship to winning the lottery.

Chatting in the jungle, he said: I do love her too much, and if anything happened it would just kill me.

But despite how well he is doing, it appears his footballer son is praying that his dad is the first to leave the competition.

He told The Mirror: I was actually really surprised when I found out he was going to be on it because he didnt tell me, I read it in the paper.

He was like, “if I had told you, you would have told me off.” Im going to try and vote him out.

Jamie added: I want to get him to come home and see my mum and get him out of there. My mum is more nervous than anything as she misses him whenever they are apart.

Just recently Sandra revealed that over the course of their 54-year-long marriage, Harry being in the jungle will be the longest time theyve been apart.

She told The Sun: Harrys a master storyteller. He went into the jungle with the aim of giving him something else to talk about down the pub with his mates.

He knew he wasnt going to manage another football team again, but he loves new challenges. He likes to keep busy and fit.

On Saturday the star had everyone asking where they could get a Harry after he turned his back while Fleur East and Rita Simons took a shower.

The pair asked Harry if he was off to have a shower as well, and suggested they all go together.

But Harry was left completely stumped by the whole thing and didnt know how to answer them.

It dont interest me thats for sure, he explained to the cameras. Theres only one person I want to see in a bikini having a shower and thats my wife.
