We were feeling Kaye Adams during Loose Women today when Christopher Biggins joked about killing Gillian McKeith and the presenter was forced to shut him down – which he didnt take lightly.

The 69-year-old appeared on the daytime favourite today to boast about being crowned King of the Jungle and weigh in on this years campmates, who have so far endured almost two weeks together with barely a raised voice.

National treasure Biggins – who was kicked off Celebrity Big Brother after accusing bisexuals of spreading HIV – won Im A Celebrity in 2007, pipping Janice Dickinson to the title. And 11 years he was still pretty poisonous about the vile supermodel.

Oooo I reckon that's a sharp break to remove old biggins from the studio….don't want another Ofcom incident ehh! Ha #LooseWomen

But that was nothing compared to his words for Gillian, who was famously difficult during her time in the jungle by conveniently fainting ahead of every Bushtucker trial.

Slamming the What Not To Eat diet guru to the panel – consisting of Kaye, Janet Street-Porter, Stacey Solomon and Linda Robson – he said: If I was in the jungle with her I know where I would have killed her and buried her.

Kaye stepped in: You cant say that. Listen, I know youre saying that in jest…

No, Im not saying that in jest, he snapped.

More: I'm A Celebrity

Thankfully Kaye moved matters on and told viewers: I think we need to change the subject.

On a lighter note, Boyzone were also on todays show and managed to refrain from flipping the bird and swearing after Shane Lynch threw a tantrum The Late Late Show.

Loose Women airs weekdays at 12.30pm on ITV.
