This week everyone has found a fresh appreciation of Noel Edmonds and that involves the fact the man is nearly 70 and rocking a healthier rig than most 20-somethings.
The man, who is currently in the Im A Celebrity jungle, has everyone in a tizz, however tonight he refused to give up his secrets.
While appearing on Extra Camp, the former House Party host was asked not only the secret to his biceps, but just his health tips in general.
But he was a fortress and chamber of secrets all in one, as he kept schtum on his whole regime.
Which makes us believe he may really have found the magical elixir of youth and wants to keep it under wraps. Or perhaps its just his meditation that he sneaks off to do every morning before the rest of the crew wakes up.

Im sorry that is a secret, I call it my positivity formula, Noel said when initially asked how hes got his guns.
Later on in the question and answer session, when he was asked a bunch of curious curlies in the Bush Telegraph, he was again quizzed on his physique.

Even Malique was floored this week when he told the House Party host he thought he was 49 – he gasped and exclaimed No way when Noel informed him he was turning 70 next month.
