Theres heartbreak ahead for Mandy and Darren as shes forced to confess the truth about their baby in Hollyoaks.
Having almost suffered a miscarriage, Mandy was rushed to hospital and heartbroken to learn that her unborn baby could be ill. She kept the news to herself, too afraid to confront the truth by telling Darren and fearing he wouldnt be able to handle it after being so excited about their impending arrival.
But the truth will always out, and now shes being faced with the devastating truth as she comes clean and tells Darren their child may have Spina Bifida.
Darren is hurt and betrayed that she kept it from him, and at first refuses to go along with her to the scan that will determine whether or not their child has the condition. Nancy and Jack try help him see he needs to be there to support Mandy, will he listen?
