Is Lily about to break Prince McQueens heart by running off with Romeo Quinn in Hollyoaks?

Lily and Romeo have struck up somewhat of an illicit affair, and she might be at the point where shes ready to throw her marriage away in order to continue her romance on the side.

Princes behaviour has become harder and harder for Lily to tolerate, with him pushing her away at every opportunity leading her to believe he doesnt love her anymore. And a lie from Romeo could cement her decision to turn her back on her marriage – he tells her that Prince has been cheating on her.

Little does Lily know that Prince is actually dealing with the knowledge that he might have a cancerous tumour in his testicle, and that Romeo knows all about it.

When Lily confronts Romeo about his supposed affair he dumps her, believing in his heart that shell be better off without him. He has no idea hes just pushed her into the arms of Romeo, as when her lover asks her to run away with him, it looks like she might be tempted to go.
