Its set to be a big and emotional Christmas in Holby City, with huge returns, new faces and an absolute flood of tears.
The trailer is here teasing whats coming up over the festive period for our Holby faves, and whats good to see is there will be a whole lot of smiles in the coming weeks. But with those highs there is also set to be a heck of a lot of lows for this hard working bunch of NHS staff.
The trailer reveals the two huge returns kicking off the celebrations for 20 years of Holby, with Lola Griffin and Tom Campbell Gore arriving to ruffle some feathers. Lola will leave Ric re-evaluating his lonely existence, while Tom turns up as part of an awards ceremony and dredges up his beef with Ric.
After a terrible year, Sacha is overjoyed when his daughter shows up and the two rekindle their relationship, while Fletch is left hysterically crying alone in a darkened office. What has got him so upset?
Donna worries about her relationship with Zav – she doesnt want to give him children and is afraid of what that will mean. Frieda appears to receive some heartbreaking news thatll either melt her frosty exterior or turn her into an ice berg. And Serena is left facing having to operate on a badly injured Greta. Will she survive?
