Strictly Come Dancings Oti Mabuse shuts down rumours shes taking Darcey Bussells judging spot
The 28-year-old professional, whos name had been thrown into the pile among the likes of Nicole Scherzinger and Anton du Beke to take up the position, explained on Zoe Balls BBC Radio Two Breakfast Show that she will remain a dancer.
I think the Strictly audience also isnt ready to let her [Darcey] go, Oti began.
I love dancing and I love coming to the rehearsals, I love being part of the group; its a really special group to be a part of.
There are no dancers like Strictly dancers, and how close we are.
She added: I think I would absolutely miss that and that part of it. Ill be dancing honey, Ill be dancing.
Darcey quit the show after being a judge on the competition show for seven series, leaving behind Shirley Ballas, Craig Revel-Horwood and Bruno Tonioli.
The dames exit has been shrouded in speculation with reports saying that shes bowing out because of the shows soap opera scandals, however a BBC source has hinted she might have something else lined up.
