A cable TV repairman has been charged with assault after he allegedly gave a terrified 70 year-old female customer a powerful bear hug.
DISH Network subcontractor David Novinski reportedly grabbed Karen Loest as he finished her job at her house in Elbert County, Colorado, on April 4.
