Ant and Dec have been on top form since their reunion on Britains Got Talent – so much so, that they couldnt resist a prank as they got back in the swing of things.
The Geordie duo reportedly took their chance to perform on the series and auditioned for judges Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams – donning flawless disguises to make sure they went undetected.
But they couldnt find costumes like that so dressed up like dogs instead. Same effect, really.
Joined by spin-off host Stephen Mulhern, who has been put in the spotlight as the potential man behind the masked magician, The Sun claims they took to the stage in Manchester.
The last audition of the series, the threesome got the production team involved to make sure it went off without a hitch.

It wasnt until they took off their costumes at the end of the performance that the cats (well…dogs) were out of the bag.
The boys and Stephen had dog outfits made especially and performed a DJ set which went down a treat with the crowd despite no one having a clue who they were, the paper was told by insiders.
The judges were in stitches when they stripped off at the end.
Looks like youre back on form boys!
