A babysitter sparked outrage after she was allegedly filmed roughly yanking a disabled nine year-old who cant speak by her hair.
The woman, named as Yolanda Keith, 54, was seen roughhousing nine year-old Mercedes Holmes at a playground in Lancaster, California, last Friday, and also shoved the youngster forward.
Disturbing video footage shows Mercedes, who has cerebral palsy and is autistic sitting and behaving herself before Keith reportedly launches the unprovoked assaults.
Mercedes mother Ashley Holmes told Fox11: When I watched it I was more in shock.
My daughter is just sitting there and she doesnt fight back, doesnt cry, so to me its like if shes doing that in public how long has she been doing this?
Has she been doing stuff to her in private?

Ashley hired home daycare owner Keith after being given a list of names by the Child Resource Center in Palmdale.

She met her in person beforehand, and felt happy to entrust Mercedes into Keiths care.
The mother now plans to file charges against Keith, who was previously cited after an unattended child burnt themselves at her home.
Ashley explained: If it was me the parent, and I did that to her, she would be removed from my home just like that.
