Police have named and pictured the man accused of killing seven people and injuring more than 20 others on a shooting rampage in Texas this weekend.
Seth Ator, 36, was shot and killed by police in the car park of the Cinergy cinema in Odessa, Texas, on Saturday afternoon.
Authorities said they have not yet established a motive for the mass shooting but said they believed he would have killed more people inside the cinema if they had not shot him dead.
The violent shooting spree began after Ator refused to pull over by police at a set of traffic lights.
He then went on to shoot at police before he used an AR style rifle to kill his victims, aged between 15 and 57.
Online court records show the suspect was arrested in 2001 for a misdemeanor offense that would not have prevented him from legally purchasing firearms in Texas.
