Piers Morgan is clearly already a winner in his own mind as the TV presenter casually sipped champagne on the TV Choice Awards 2019 red carpet.

The Good Morning Britain host walked the red carpet at Londons Hilton Park Hotel on Tuesday evening, accompanied by his long-suffering co-host Susanna Reid.

While Susanna dazzled in a strapless blue gown, a suited and booted Piers swigged from a champagne flute, starting the celebrations before hed even sat inside the venue.

No doubt there will be plenty more champagne flowing if Good Morning Britain wins best daytime show which it is nominated for alongside This Morning and The Chase.

Piers and Susannas rivals, Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield, had earlier walked the red carpet together ahead of finding out whether theyll beat GMB to scoop the coveted prize for fronting This Morning.

While Holly and Phil were just as united as their breakfast show rivals, there was certainly no champagne flute in sight as they posed for photos.

Elsewhere at the TV Choice Awards, Love Island stars Amber Gill and Anna Vakili walked the red carpet together, while Maura Higgins posed solo.

Ovie Soko was joined by his partner India Reynolds, while Mark Wright was flanked by his sisters Natalya and Jessica Wright. Former Towie sisters Sam and Billie Faiers met up on the carpet and shared a sweet moment together for the cameras.
