Theres only one week to go before the first Strictly Come Dancing live show – and its safe to say the cast are feeling the pressure.

A first look clip from last nights Strictly Come Dancing: The Professionals revealed that there has already been some clashes among the celebs and their pro partners.

While some are struggling to get the hang of things, others are feeling the heat to get their act together in time for their first dance next week.

Although none of them are going to be eliminated in week one (as per tradition), its clear that everyone is taking the challenge seriously.

While it starts off all smiles and hugs in the brief montage, things soon go south with Dev Griffin feeling like hes got too left feet and Catherine Tyldesley admitting the nerves were getting to her.

Michelle Visage and Giovanni Pernice are also seen snapping at each other in frustration as they struggle to get a move right.

Were back in school. Its unbelievable, Michelle is later seen telling the cameras.

James Cracknell is also seen wearing a brace to improve his posture after years of being in a rowing boat.

Someone who appears to have nailed it though is last-minute entry Kelvin Fletcher, who is seen high-fiving dance partner Oti Mabuse as they nail a number of signature moves.

Seeing as he only came in at the last moment, its clear that Oti is not letting a minute go by where theyre not making up for lost time…and hes nailing it.

While its not been revealed what everyone is dancing to just yet, a couple of Strictly behind-the-scenes clips online have revealed that most of the cast are opting for a Cha Cha Cha.

Anneka Rice and Kevin Clifton; Chris Ramsey and Karen Hauer; Viscountess Emma Weymouth and Aljaz Skojanec and Karim Zeroual and Amy Dowden are all giving the latin dance a go.
