Because Deadpool has a little time — and likely people — to kill before his sequel attacks the world on Friday, he turned up at the Ed Sullivan Theater tonight to interrupt Stephen Colberts Late Night monologue.
After decrying the crush of recent and upcoming movies featuring the caped and/or spandexed, the CBS host asked rhetorically, “At what point will audiences say, Enough with the superheroes?” Onstage saunters Ryan Reynolds in full regalia. We wont spoil the punchline — because Deadpool tends to supply the punches along with the lines.
