Emmerdale have confirmed that Lachlan White hasnt actually gone through with killing his aunt Rebecca – but could this turn out to be his last mistake? Given how much Rebecca has lost to Lachlan, will she be the one to take the ultimate revenge and finish him off for good?
Its clear that only one of them can survive this situation and fans believe that Emmerdale are keeping Rebecca alive for a reason. Not only has Lachlan killed Rebeccas dad and sister, but he also caused her brain injury, made her believe the accident was her fault and is now holding her hostage in a dank cabin in the woods.
Chained up, suffering and fearing for her life as well as missing her beloved baby son Seb, Rebecca faces a traumatic ordeal. But if she does manage to survive this, is her only way out to kill her nephew and escape?

Lachlan has shown how far he is prepared to go – murdering half of his family and his best friend has proven that he has no real limit to his evil. But something stopped him finishing off Rebecca and now the stage seems to be set for a final showdown.
