Fleur East and Sair Khan may have made last nights Bushtucker trial look like a walk in the park during Im A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! last night, but it was actually one of the most dangerous challenges of the series.
The two celebs were chosen by Emperor Noel Edmonds to unscrew a star covered in toxic green ants using only their tongues, and it was grim.
While Noel pointed and laughed, to the annoyance of Im A Celebrity viewers, Medic Bob has revealed the trial was actually not to be scoffed at.
Speaking to Joe Swash during last nights Extra Camp about the trial, Bob admitted: Yeah, [I have lots of concerns]. To me this is one of the worst trials. There are more green ants than weve ever used and theyre in a really confined space.

Former King of the Jungle, Joe asked: Can you get stung by so many green ants that you can go into anaphylactic shock?
Its always possible so we keep adrenaline here and a syringe, Bob stressed.
Tonight we know Rita Simons and Malique Thompson-Dwyer will be joining forces to win meals for camp, while Noel will pick another pair to go up against them.
And during last nights Extra Camp, Declan Donnelly let slip that Rita has already had a rant at Noel that didnt make it to air.
John [Barroman] has already started to crack, and Nick is biting his lip, Dec said. Rita wasnt happy yesterday down at the trial.
It wasnt in the show tonight but when we were filming the trial, Rita had a go didnt she? Noel and Harry were kind of talking amongst themselves, and she went, “Werent you two listening?!”
And we were like, “Woaah.”
Im A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! continues tonight at 9pm on ITV while Extra Camp follows at 10.30pm on ITV2.
