Steps star Faye Tozer has an upper hand on Strictly – but its not thanks to years of her dance routines in the 90s pop band.

In fact, shes one of the many people who have embraced pole dancing for its health benefit, and has admitted that shes fighting fit as a result.

After being introduced to the sport for a role in play Saucy Jack and the Space Vixens 12 years ago, the star has never looked back and now credits pole dancing for her muscles and for being so toned.

She said: Ive been doing a Downward Crucifix and Martini Glass pose. All good fun, but really hard work and its painful.
