Netflix came away with a leading five Golden Globe Awards tonight at the Beverly Hilton, topping all networks and streamers with three wins on the TV side and tying for second among the film distributors with two. Universal Pictures scooped bragging rights among the film studios with four statuettes — three for Green Book and another for First Man.
Annapurna and Fox also grabbed two Globes apiece Sunday night. See the lists of wins by film, TV show, studio and network below.
Netflixs The Kominsky Method and FXs The Assassination of Gianni Versace were the only multiple TV winners at the 76th annual Golden Globes, taking two each, while Green Books three victories led the film side, including Best Motion Picture Musical or Comedy. Foxs Bohemian Rhapsody and Roma were the only other double winners, with the Queen biopic taking marquee prizes for Best Motion Picture Drama and Best Actor for Rami Malek and Alfonso Cuaron winning Best Director and his pic grabbing the Foreign Language trophy.
