Old man arrested for singing dirty song at neighbor

An elderly man was arrested for singing a derogatory song he allegedly composed for his neighbor.

Robert Mirabella, 62, sat out on his front porch in Wildwood, Florida on Saturday insulting his neighbor with the musical number as he strummed a guitar.

The unamed female neighbor told police she heard Mirabella sing: There is a neighbor who was a bitch…I see her now, shes just a witch.

The woman recorded Mirabellas performance on her cell phone and showed it to officers, according to the arrest report obtained by Smoking Gun.

She told police that her neighbor was harassing her and claimed the song affected her peace and quiet a lot, according to the arrest report.

Mirabella originally denied allegations against him, but later said: That doesnt mean it was about her if I sang it.

As he spoke, the officer reportedly verified that the person in the video was Mirabella by his voice.
