Twenty-one masked men were filmed hurling molotov cocktails at a synagogue on Saturday night.
The gang targeted around 30 Jewish teenagers attending a party inside the complex in central Gothenburg, Sweden, at around 10pm.

One witness said he saw ‘a ball of fire’ approach the building as the scared youngsters huddled in the basement.
‘The guards saw it in the security cameras and called police right away. The children were stressed, it was the first time they had ever experienced a terrorist attack near them,’ said Dvir Maoz, the World Bnei Akiva youth movement’s emissary in the city.
Police deployed ‘a number of units’ to the scene. It is not believed anyone was seriously injured.
A police spokesman said: ‘There are several molotov cocktails that have been thrown against the synagogue.
‘It’s about bottles and gasoline. Now we are waiting for technicians and searching for perpetrators.’
Three people were arrested.
It happened after several hundred people marched through the centre of Malmo on Friday night to protest against Donald Trump’s recognition of Jerusalem as Israel’s capital.
Some reportedly chanted: ‘We have announced the intifada from Malmo. We want our freedom back, and we will shoot the Jews.’
