Wayne Rooney had a lively night for Everton during their 3-1 Premier League win over Swansea, even managing to surpass a Frank Lampard stat in the process.

The Toffees striker took two penalties – the first of which he missed only to see team-mate Dominic Calvert-Lewin convert the rebound, the second he put past Swans keeper Lukas Fabianski.

But between those incidents, he provided the assist for Gylfi Sigurdsson’s wonderful long-range goal.
