The time has come to say goodbye to our favourite TV correspondent that This Morning has ever seen, Mr Rylan Clark-Neal.
Not forever, mind you – he’s just taking a wee bit of time off in the new year.
Rylan, 29, announced he is taking a break from his role on This Morning earlier this month, confirming he won’t be on the programme come 2018.

While he said he is ‘going away for a little bit’, ITV confirmed he will remain part of the This Morning family. Aww!
And today’s show (22 December) was Rylan’s last appearance for the foreseeable future.
Suffice to say, fans were devastated by his departure.

It was revealed that Georgia Toffolo would be appearing as a regular on the show come January, Rylan joked: ‘Out with the old, in with the new!’
‘There’s so much love out there for you, my friend,’ This Morning host Eamonn Holmes said.
‘I know, it’s lovely. And it’s not forever of course,’ Rylan replied. ‘But got to look after yourself, haven’t you? So just taking a little bit of time – sit in my pants and watch This Morning for a change!’
