If you’re a regular viewer of Britain’s Got Talent you might just remember 2013’s singing sensation Rosie O’Sullivan.
The 23-year-old made it all the way to the semi-finals that year with her powerful vocals – and is still chasing those dreams of stardom now, except this time she’s looking a little different.
Because, as she has revealed, she’s shed an incredible 17 stone since she appeared on the show – looking unrecognisable in photos as a result.

Speaking to The Sun, Rosie revealed how she had gastric sleeve surgery in 2014 after her parents paid for the operation, going on to have additional operations to remove excess skin – with the procedures costing almost £20,000.
“When I appeared on BGT I was nearly 30 stone,’ Rosie explained.
‘I was hot, sweaty and struggled to walk up stairs, and the costume department had to make dresses for me as it was impossible to get trendy clothes in a size 28.
She admitted she ‘hit a real low’ – adding that she was ‘obsessed’ with food.
‘I was active, I went to the gym and swimming,’ she explained, ‘but I thought about food like an alcoholic thinks about drink, I was obsessed.’
The singer lost five stone in the first few months after the op – going on to shed 13 stone in total by April 2015 – but then faced further surgery to remove excess skin which prevented her from wearing the clothes she wanted.
Rosie, who is 6ft 1, subsequently underwent a tummy tuck as well as a bi-lateral thigh reduction – and has been recuperating from that op over Christmas.
She’s now set to fly to Nashville in 2018 in her latest bid for stardom – while her debut album is also set for release.
Britain’s Got Talent, meanwhile, returns to ITV in the Spring.
