Danny Masterson, fired last month from his starring role on Netflix’s comedy series The Ranch amid ongoing sexual assault claims against him, is no longer with his agency UTA. The company did not comment today beyond confirming that it no longer repped the actor. We’re hearing though from sources that the two parted ways some time ago.

Past sexual assault allegations against Masterson, which he has repeatedly denied, have been referenced of late amid the #MeToo movement. One of Masterson’s accusers filed a police report in 2004 saying that she was raped in 2003, but the case didn’t move forward. The Los Angeles Police Department started an investigation in late 2016 after “three women have come forward and disclosed that they were sexually assaulted by Masterson during the early 2000’s,” LAPD said in a statement last spring. The police referred the case to the district attorney in April 2016 but no charges have been filed.

That eventually cost Masterson his job last month on The Ranch, which is in the middle of production on its 20-episode third season. The 10-episode second half of Season 2 with Masterson in it was released by Netflix on December 15. He also will be be featured in the Season 3 episodes that he had filmed before his dismissal.

News of Masterson’s UTA exit was first reported today by The Huffington Post.
