The radio DJ who was reduced to tears after her mum called her ‘heavy’ has revealed her dramatic transformation – with a little bit of help from Vicky Pattison.
Reprezent Radio presenter Jourdan, 30, appeared on Vicky’s new MTV show Ex On The Beach: Body SOS, and was shown a video of her mum Debbie saying: ‘Jourdan used to have an amazing body, then from the age of 16 she started becoming particularly heavy around the hips and bum and thighs.
‘Tia her sister has a body like I have. Jourdan is different.’
She broke down in tears, admitting that she does feel like ‘the odd one out’.
With the help of a personal trainer and some moral support from the former Geordie Shore star, Jourdan managed to get the body she was striving for and boost her self-confidence.
Sharing the results of Beach Body SOS to her Twitter page, she thanked Vicky for ‘completely transforming my life’.
