Gemma Collins appeared on Celebs Go Dating as she tested the water to look for love with a member of the public.

But she made some surprising admissions that even the most hardcore GC fan didn’t know.

Her date, Ben, tried his best to impress the demanding TOWIE star, doing his best to pronounce the word Prosecco (Proscetto) and even revealing that he would treat Gemma to ‘a Chinese buffet’ if he had unlimited money.

But Gemma raised eyebrows and laughs from across the board when she revealed just what type of fella she likes to go on dates with.

When Ben asked her what kind of chap she finds attractive, she replied: ‘Gangsters. I’ve always been interested in gangsters and you know… bad boys.’

And also, guys who are ‘financially secure’. Obviously.

Twitter blew up shortly afterwards, with hoards of GC and Celebs Go Dating fans queuing up to remind Gemma of her on-off relationship with James ‘Arg’ Argent – a nice boy that hardly comes across as the most swaggered up G in the world.

Going on, when Gemma was asked about her hobbies and interests, she said: ‘Architecture. I also really like fabrics,’ to which Ben replied ‘The nightclub?’

‘No, actual fabric,’ she replied in an unimpressed fashion.

Either way, Gemma being Gemma, she didn’t hold back, telling her poor date directly and in no uncertain terms: ‘I’m really sorry but I feel a bit sleepy. Honestly I feel like going to sleep.’

‘I normally like desert, but I won’t have desert on this occasion,’ she finished off the rather flat date with.

THUG LIFE 4EVA GEM.
