Its official Colton Haynes is back. He is, once again, a series regular on the CWs popular DC series Arrow. The announcement comes in the wake of the shows recent season 7 renewal and personnel changes.

Haynes joined the cast of Arrow as a recurring character during the second half of the first season and became a regular at the beginning of the second season with a two-year deal. The Teen Wolf alum departed at the end of season three when his contract was up and now he is back to reprise his role as Roy Harper AKA Arsenal.

“Were very fortunate and excited to welcome back Colton to Arrow,” said the shows executive producers in a joint statement. “While weve always enjoyed Coltons returns to the show, we couldnt be more thrilled to have him return as a proper series regular and were very excited about all the creative opportunities Roy Harpers return affords us.”

Haynes adds: “I could not be happier to return to my role as Roy Harper alongside my Arrow family.”

Arrow was one of 10 CW TV series renewed for another season. This includes the shows DC cohorts The Flash, Supergirl, Legends of Tomorrow, and Black Lightning. Last week, Thea Queen (Willa Holland), the maternal younger half-sister of the titular hero Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) and a member of Team Arrow who goes by the name of Speedy, left the team and the town. Only four of the shows series regulars from the beginning remain on the show.
