Trevor Noah joined the pile-on of late-night hosts having fun with todays revelation Sean Hannity is the “mystery” third client of Donald Trumps personal attorney Michael Cohen.

Cohen, who now finds himself in “deep federal investigation shit” after an FBI raid on his office, home, and hotel room, only had had three clients in the past year, The Daily Show host explained.

First is President Trump, who Cohen helped to pay off a porn star with whom Trump allegedly had an affair. Second is Elliott Broidy, a major GOP fundraiser who Cohen helped to pay off a Playboy playmate with whom he allegedly had an affair.

Then, Cohen had one more client. Out of seven billion people in the world, “who could have wanted to join this club and use Michael Cohen as a lawyer this year?” Noah faux wondered.

A federal judge earlier in the day had ordered Cohens attorney to identify that third client. Hannity had wanted to remain anonymous.

“Think about how unethical this is,” Noah said of Hannity having reported on Trump and Cohen from the beginning of their problems, “but never mentioned Cohen is his guy.”

Once you know Hannity has personal skin in the game with Cohen, “its fun to go back and look at everything he said about the FBI raid. Because now we can see Hannity wasnt just mad – he was scared,” Noah presumed.

The FBI last week conducted a no-knock raid on Cohens office, apartment and hotel room, seizing documents, emails and more, including records of payment to porn star Stormy Daniels shortly before the 2016 presidential election. Cohen is being investigated for possible bank fraud and campaign finance violations.

Cohens legal team has been trying to seal evidence taken in the raids. At todays hearing on that matter, Judge Kimba Wood challenged Cohen and team to cite the legal reasons for refusing to name Cohens third client. The judge was not impressed with the response, leading to Cohens attorney throwing Hannity under the bus.
