The hour of unadulterated drama we get from the Love Island villa every night is obviously amazing, but sometimes, we crave that little bit more.
Which is why we are so jealous of Arielle Free.
The Hoxton Radio DJ is the host of the official Love Island podcast The Morning After, and is privy to all kinds of sneak peeks and behind-the-scenes gossip.
And luckily for us, she admits she cant keep her lips sealed when it comes to the drama.
Speaking to Metro.co.uk, Arielle said: We get a rough cut [of the show] in the morning. It used to be that I was allowed to watch that, but Im not allowed anymore because Id keep telling people. We get some juicy bits – we get to see some of the texts they send each other.
Ive been told a few things that are happening this week. But Im usually the last person to be told.

However, while producers try and keep the details away from Arielle, the dumped islanders are more than happy to spill the beans when they come and chat.
The Scottish DJ told us: When we had Rosie on [the podcast] she gave us a lot of interesting content we didnt see – like Ellie and Zara having a conversation about having a game plan; an argument she had with Adam that escalated that didnt make it to air. Rosie is adamant that Ellie and Zara are not what they seem. You get all that insider information.
Apparently, Dr Alex is a little bit of a bitch! He loves a bit of gossip. Hes a bit of a bitch in the villa, he likes to make a little comment here and there – which is quite surprising. Not in a bad way, but he always has something to say, hes a bit bitchy.
Also, Hayleys diet is awful! When she was on with us, we have the worlds biggest sweet jar, and she ate so many sweets that I just sat there going “how the hell, thats not even fair”.
Shes so beautiful, her eyes are so blue, and her body is next level, and shes really nice, and then shes just eating seven Maoams. Then Charlie said that all she ate in the villa was ham and cheese toasties and chips.

We are shook.
Considering all the insider knowledge Arielle has, we had to ask her whether the rumours about Casa Amor coming back were true. And while she couldnt confirm, shes fairly sure the second villa is making a return.
She said: Its a lot earlier than last year, so I dont know when – but yes. I dont think the rumours about the Australian islanders coming in are true, because theres only a week left in the Australian villa. Theres been rumours about Chris and Kem going in – I know thats not true because Kem is working with me for the next few weeks!
2017 Love Island winner Kem Cetinay is Arielles co-host on Love Island: The Morning After, with Arielle saying: Me and Kem are getting on like a house on fire. Im kind of like his auntie, or an older sister thats not very cool.

But when it comes to the islanders still in the villa, Arielle isnt as enamoured with everyone.
She said: I do not like Adam, I dont think that will ever change. Im really dreading the day he comes on the podcast! Im a big fan of Sam and Samira, I think theyre really genuine and I enjoy them together. The whole thing with Megan, Wes and Laura was so awkward. I genuinely think Megan fancies the pants of him, but I think Wes did the typical boy thing of getting excited by attention from a beautiful girl. Whether he actually wanted to split from Laura, Im not sure.

I want to see more from Jack and Dani. I think Dani is very conscious of her dad watching, which is understandable, but Im not believing them yet. Although everyone from the villa has said they are head over heels for each other. I just find it weird that they havent properly snogged yet. Its bizarre – so much can go wrong from a simple kiss, trust me.
