Well what an episode that was.
Love Island has certainly turned a corner this week after a few weeks lacking in dramas, now theres ALL the dramas with shock break ups and unexpected dumpings.
When Caroline Flack showed up at the villa they knew it wasnt good news, and indeed it wasnt for two islanders. She was there to see two people off and called out the names of the couples voted safe by the public, leaving Eyal and Megan, Alex and Ellie and Adam and Zara at risk.
Caroline then revealed that the safe Islanders would be the ones deciding who would be going home – and that it would be a separate boy and girl and not a couple.
To make it even more entertaining, the safe couples were split into boys and girls and each had to pick to send home one from the opposite gender.
And then the axe fell – the girls opted to send home Eyal, while the boys opted to ditch Zara.

Zara was left sobbing into Adams chest at the news she was being separated from her man, and declared that she couldnt look at the other lads following their fucking joke of a decision.
Eyal took it a little more on the chin being the philosophical man he is.
As Zara wept with the girls in their beauty room Adam confessed to Ellie that he couldnt see himself meeting anyone else, so she told him to go.
But did he? Did he heck.

Following her dumping, Zara told Metro.co.uk in an exclusive chat that she plans to wait for Adam to finish his last four weeks in the villa.
He told me yesterday he never felt about anyone the way he feels about me, she she said. So it would be strange and disappointing if he recouples with someone else.
I hope it works out in my favour, she concluded.
We are not holding our breaths on that one.
