Its been a hectic week for Cain Dingle – the arrival of Moiras son Matty and the conflict which followed has served to put acid attacker Simon out of his mind. But the vengeful criminal rocks up in Emmerdale tonight and wallops Cain with a bat before tying him up.
Cain had had warnings that Simon was back in the area so arranged to have him beaten up as a warning to go away – as he had previously told him never to show his face again. But Simon isnt taking this lying down and arrives to confront Cain while he is working at the garage.

As Cain and Simon square up to each other, Simon wants to get a message across – but is Cain willing to hear him out or is Simon taking his life in his hands by getting involved with all of this again?

Meanwhile, Ross Barton has been slowly rebuilding his life and there is even hope for him with his on/off relationship with Rebecca White – but might he come face to face with Simon and could it then tip him right back over the edge?
We cant reveal exactly what happens between Cain and Simon or whether this showdown will be the end of the matter – or the beginning of a whole new mess.
