Coronation Street can be a dangerous place to live. One minute youre innocently trying to enjoy some frosty intercourse in an industrial freezer and the next, youre staring at an Anne Malone-esque fate.
One minute youre enjoying a date after eating stolen steaks and the next, you have smashed your head and end up being rushed to hospital. As Michelle Connors family face peril, the Webster clan continue to be rocked by Jacks sepsis infection and are left wondering whether he will live or die.
Ryan heads to the bistro to nab some steaks for his date with Bethany Platt, little knowing that Michelle and Robert Preston are in the freezer as its the only place they can get alone time together.

However, he accidentally nudges the door shut and the pair are left trapped and fearing that they wont get out. Back at the flat, the date is going well but when Ryan starts to get amorous and things move fast, Bethany panics and lashes out at Ryan before fleeing, upset.

Sarah spots her daughters state and immediately assumes that Ryan has crossed a line. Storming in to confront him, she is furious when he calls Bethany a tease and she slaps him before shoving him hard and walking out.
But Ryan knocks his head and is later found lifeless – by Michelle and Robert who have escaped their freezery doom thanks to Daniel Osbourne and Kate Connor. As Ryan is rushed to hospital, Sarah will regret her actions.
Meanwhile, things remain bleak for Kevin as he fears that Jack wont make it – especially when Ali Neeson explains that he isnt responding to treatment for his sepsis infection as well as they are hoping.
Is there a devastating end for this fractured family?
Coronation Street continues on Wednesday 4th July at 7:30pm and 8:30pm on ITV.
