25 soap spoilers: Coronation Street death and knife horror, EastEnders killer attack, Emmerdale return, Hollyoaks wedding drama

Horror, death, knife terror, missing persons, dead bodies – soapland is always such a cheerful place to be isnt it? As Bethany Platt is kidnapped by Kayla Clifton, there is further risk in the Platt clan as David is caught carrying a knife.

Over in EastEnders, Tina Carter lashes out at Stuart Highway and leaves him for dead while Rebecca White is missing in Emmerdale after a stand off with killer Lachlan – and Robert Sugden wants answers. Meanwhile, there is also horror in Hollyoaks as Hunter McQueen makes a grim discovery.

Coronation Street

1. After heading to Kaylas flat and confronting her over what she is doing to Craig, Bethany discovers her true identity and for her trouble, gets lamped over the head and taken hostage. Craig faces a race against time to save her as Kayla wonders what she has left to lose…

2. Tyrone is busy concentrating on getting his family back together when out of the blue, the boys in blue turn up and leave Tyrone feeling…blue. With the news that his mum Jackie is dead, Tyrone crumbles, but Fiz is there to dry the tears and move her stuff back in.

3. Kevin and Jack face another emotional chapter in their recovery as a specialist takes Jack through the blades which are options to take the place of his foot. As Jack gets upset, Kevin feels helpless.

4. Audrey thought she had problems from a few rival cut and blow dries courtesy of Maria but soon, the sultry smirk, caramel laced voice and amazing hair of Claudia are all swishing through the salon doors. And she has an offer for Maria – she can be the Rula of one of her franchised salons. Rula, ruler, get it? Sorry.

5. Its not every day that £1000 lands in your bank (unfortunately) but Tim is so excited at the prospect of how many pints n pies that will get him at the Rovers, that he doesnt take time to think it might be a bit suspicious. Sophie then appears as his conscience and tells him to put it in Jacks fund.

6. Adams really got it bad as he offers Eva and Susie a room in his flat – only to have his world crushed when she informs him that she is leaving. But at least he gets a personal goodbye – all Toyah and Leanne get is a measly letter. Charming, nice knowing you too sis!

7. Shona is terrified when she sees Lily playing with a flip knife and then learns that she found it in Davids jacket. David is bang to rights when she confronts him but he is defensive – just what is he carrying it for? And what is he planning?

EastEnders

8. As Stuart tries to make things difficult for Tina when she doesnt retract her allegation against him, the slimy operator ends up in a showdown with her. But he has underestimated her as Tina becomes the envy of many an EastEnders viewer by lamping him one. But she may have gone too far – as he is left lifeless.

9. With the enormity of their recent ordeal weighing heavily, Carmel heads out of Walford for a break to try and clear her head but without his mum to support, Kush is left with his own dark thoughts – and struggles to deal with everything.

10. Kat is so determined to get her license that she is prepared to trigger another missing money story as she nabs from her clans kitty in order to buy a moped – which promptly breaks. She has to confess to the family that their earnings have gone on a dodgy bike – and as you can imagine, this goes down like a lead balloon.

11. Elsewhere in the Slater household, a delivery leads to Jean reminiscing about Staceys christening and it gives her the idea that they should have one for Hope. But as she and Martin make plans, shouldnt they be involving Stacey?

12. While many people would suggest Tina should be up for a knighthood for attacking Stuart, the law doesnt work like that and she soon finds herself arrested. Meanwhile, Mick tries to track down some of the old gang to see if anyone can provide evidence that Stuart is a wrong un. Apart from the fact its 100% obvious.

13. Far be it for us to brand Kat a scrubber but scrub she must as she is left to clean Beales alone as her family are annoyed. But Hayley takes pity on her after presumably bumping her head – and even offers to pitch in.

Emmerdale

14. Charity is nervous as she welcomes Ryan to the village for a visit but tensions soon rise when it becomes clear she hasnt told her family about him. He instead befriends Ross who decides its time Ryan got in on the dating scene. But Charity is left uncharacteristically speechless when she sees who he is trying to set her son up with.

15. Matty and Victoria continue to spend time together and Victoria is troubled when she suddenly senses a romantic spark. The pair soon put aside any awkwardness to confront the bull selling Lara – who has quite frankly been talking bull when she sold Matty a pedigree animal.

16. After Dr Cavanagh gives a dodgy prognosis for Davids future with Maya, Tracy is troubled by his warning and soon lets David know that he ought to be careful. But David soon gets defensive and tells her to butt out – so anything that happens next, dont say you werent warned!

17. Anyone that crosses Lachlan tends to go missing and after taking a spanner to her repeatedly injured head, Rebecca has disappeared with the only trace left behind being her memory book which Lydia finds. Robert is suspicious and ignores Lachlans lies before investigating – and he makes a shocking discovery. Yep, someone on her Inbetweeners boxset cover looks VERY familiar…

18. Robert might propose to Aaron. Aaron might propose to Robert. Both of them are planning to do it but both of them are not quite getting it right. But for goodness sake, will one of you JUST PROPOSE? Or this wedding is never going to happen…

19. As Sarah waits in hospital, terrified of her heart transplant operation, Jack gets the wrong idea and is scared to think that he will have to be the one to donate his heart. Debbie comforts him but this is a family full of fear and heading for breaking point.

20. Marlon gets jess what he always wanted when the headteacher of his heart plants a smacker on his lips and declares that she is ready to make a go of things. Well get our funeral hats bought now, shall we? This never ends well…

Hollyoaks

21. Dropped cakes are frustratingly the least of Holly and Damons worries as their wedding day arrives – an event that was cursed purely because it is a marriage taking place in Hollyoaks. With Zacks declaration of love, will the big day be derailed?

22. The teens are enjoying a rave but Romeo, after seemingly reading a 9 ways to win her heart Facebook post, makes an origami swan and chants Shakespeare at a married Lily. Shockingly she isnt interested but Romeo doesnt seem to want to give up on his already taken Juliet.

23. Hunters anxiety accelerates as he throws himself into organising the rave and as disaster strikes, he ends up fleeing into the woods where he makes an unsettling discovery that gives him nasty flashbacks afterwards.

24. Ever the basis for a solid relationship, Harry is casually lying to Ste about accepting money for sex and secretly visiting James in prison. But how long can he juggle his many secrets – and will he drive the final nail into the Starry coffin?

25. As Glenn seethes at the suspicious behaviour of Grace, he has a task for Zack and warns him he will hurt Holly if he doesnt comply. Meanwhile, Grace is too busy sending sexy selfies to Farrah to care…
