The inevitable has finally happened. Well, almost. Kelsey Grammer, star and executive producer of the 90s sitcom hit Frasier, is apparently taking meetings with writers pitching ideas for a potential reboot. According to Deadline, the new series would likely be set in a new city—much as Frasier moved the psychiatrist from Boston to Seattle—and Frasier Crane would serve as the link to the new series, establishing it in the same universe as Frasier and Cheers. If the producers find a writer and a premise they like, Deadline reports, the reboot could move forward in earnest.

Changing up the series by rebooting it—rather than launching a straightforward revival a la Murphy Brown or Will & Grace—seems wise; re-creating the shows original chemistry would be nearly impossible, especially after the death of John Mahoney, who played Frasiers father, Martin. So here, for your perusal, Mr. Grammer—or may we call you Kelsey?—are some suggestions for potential premises. If any strike a chord, have your people call my people.

Option 1: Frederick

Well, this ones pretty obvious. Frasier and Liliths son was born during their Cheers days, in 1989—meaning hed be pushing 30 now, just the right age to sit at the center of his own network show. Although Freddy lived in Boston and, therefore, saw relatively little of his father, the two shared certain characteristics—like their intellect and, as Freddy got older, trouble with women. This would allow the rebooted series to model itself as much as it would like on the old series, while also putting a new spin on it. (Perhaps Freddy has a podcast.) As for where this series might be set? Lets put it somewhere in the Northeast, so that Lilith can visit often from Boston. More Bebe Neuwirth, after all, is never a bad idea. And if Frasier really wound up living with Charlotte in Chicago, he would only be a quick flight away.

Option 2: Black Frasier

30 Rock already pitched this one. Now, Kelsey Grammer should make it happen.

Option 3: Give Lilith the series she always deserved

I mean, speaking of Bebe Neuwirth . . .

In her Cheers days, Lilith was not universally loved; she had a bit more bite back then, and her decision to leave Frasier after having an affair likely didnt ingratiate her with viewers. But on Frasier, Neuwirth and Grammers chemistry was an undeniable pleasure to watch—and retrospect only casts Lilith in an even more flattering light. Although Frasier had its lovable female characters—hi, Daphne!—it was never really about any of them. Switching its focus to Lilith could put a whole new spin on the series. (Plus, if we get Neuwirth a show, does that mean her pal Christine Baranski can guest star?)

Option 4: Frasier in Space

Donald Glover actually pitched a potential Star Wars film centered on his character, Lando Calrissian, by describing it as “Frasier in space.” And although I wouldnt necessarily suggest Grammer start making Star Wars movies, if hed like to get into sci-fi, there would be some interesting potential to this idea. Perhaps a family comedy centered around Niles, Daphne, and their son, David—born in the series finale, hed be about 14 now—living on Mars, where theyve found a way to ferment a particularly delicious sherry.

Option 5: A short film

No, this isnt technically a TV pitch, but hear me out: Sam Malone comes to Seattle to visit Frasier. After some chitchat, Sam straightens his bow tie and tells Frasier hes actually an architect these days. When Frasier asks what kind of buildings he designs, Sam winks. Fin.

. . . Ill see myself out.
