Dr Alexs fellow Love Island co-stars took a cheeky dig at his sunburnt skin on Fridays episode calling it pretty pink.
Unless you have been living under a rock Alex George has found himself a talking point across the nation for his inability to flirt with women, his bizarre decision to dump the gorgeous Alexandra and his very pink and sunburnt skin.
And it seems other Islanders have noticed how Alexs skin has been fairer in the sun as they made a mock replacement of him out of bright pink towels.
As Dr Alex had his closure chat with Alexandra his pals thought itll be funny to create some company for he newly dumped bae because she now has to sleep alone.
Gathering some pink towels and pillows they made a pink sleeping man who wore sunglasses and held some sunscreen – something we hope Dr Alex has been doing in real life.

Wes laughed: Its you after Dr Alex walked in confused at the thing on his side of the bed.
You fucking tossers, was all Alex could say.
But Wes had an even better comeback as he giggled, You are pretty pink.
It seems as if the joke didnt go unnoticed by viewers on Twitter who found it hilarious.
