Debbie has had an anxious week after Dom, Sarahs friend on the ward, collapsed and took a turn for the worse. The incident only amplified Debbies worries about a fragile Sarah, who frets about her friend.
Debbie panics when the cardiologist asks to speak to her in private. Is she about to lose her daughter?
But its good news. The medical team have found Sarah a new heart but a terrified Debbie is plagued with mixed emotions.
The young mother knows that Sarah now faces a life or death operation.
The doctors move quickly and soon the cardiologist is talking through formalities, while Debbie struggles to keep a lid on her fears.
The hospital staff prepare Sarah for the operation and Debbie can only hope for the best.
