Danny Dyer is known for playing the EastEnders tough man Mick Carter.
However, as the star announced that hes taking a break from the soap, footage from his first ever role in the drama Prime Suspect has emerged – and its adorable.
The 16-year-old Dyer can be seen giving all of the attitude to Helen Mirren, and he doesnt even speak a word.
His facial expressions say it all, as he rolls his eyes at the actress and shakes his head.
But even though hes trying to play it cool – and act like his total badass self – its hard to take him seriously when he looks so sweet.
The teenager is a lifetime away to how he looks today, as he is sporting a long bob with no stubble in sight (Jonathan Van Ness would be proud).

Danny is playing the character Martin Fletcher, while Mirren is giving him the telling off as DCI Jane Tennison.
She says: You listen to me Martin, you think you can play games with us, lie to us, and you think this is all a joke, well its not…
Colin Jenkins is dead theres no one to claim his body no one to even bury him. No one cares about Colin Jenkins but us and youre next Martin, Youre the next little dead body to be found… youre next.. do you want people to care about you?
The episode aired in 1993, and even starred the likes of Harry Potter legend David Thewlis (aka Remus Lupin).
But it seems as though the actor is breaking away from his TV role to try out theatre, as hes set to take part in a project by The Jamie Lloyd Company.
