Its that time of year again – yep, The Apprentice is back.

This year sees 16 new hopefuls aiming to dazzle Lord Sugar, Claude Littner and Karren Brady with their business brains and their business plans, as they negotiate their way through a string of tasks.

But theyll have to make it through without getting fired if they want to stand a chance of winning Lord Sugars £250,000 investment.

Among them is Khadija Kalifa – and heres what you need to know about her…

Who is Khadija Kalifa?

Occupation: Owner, Eco Cleaning Company

Where is she from? Lincolnshire

Having run her own eco-friendly cleaning business for the past three years, Khadija considers her people skills to be her best business asset. She says her friends would describe her as being quick-witted, motivational and genuinely wanting to help others but she can have a bit of a hot head. Khadija looks up to Richard Branson in business for his success and willingness to assist others and plans to be likeable but focused, though says she can be cut-throat when required.

When does The Apprentice 2018 start?

The series kicks off on Wednesday October 3 on BBC One at 9pm.
