Americas Got Talent might be over for another year but we havent seen the last of the format.
Because a spin-off version of the show – Americas Got Talent: The Champions – is coming, and will feature some very familiar faces in its ranks.
The series will feature contenders both from the American and other worldwide versions of the show (and yes that does include Britains Got Talent).
Heres what we know about it so far…
When is Americas Got Talent: The Champions set to air?
At the moment the broadcast date for the spin-off has yet to be confirmed.
However it will be hitting screens in the US some time this winter.
Cowell said at the time of its launch: I have always wanted to have a competition show for the very best of the best Got Talent acts from around the world, Cowell said.

The variety and the talents of the acts who enter Got Talent globally are incredible and unbelievable. Since Americas Got Talent was where it all started, Im absolutely delighted to be launching this on NBC.
Who will be on the show?
As yet the line-up of acts has yet to be confirmed – although given the show airs in 184 countries round the world theyll be spoilt for choice.
However one person who has been confirmed to be taking part is our very own Susan Boyle – who became a superstar after finishing runner-up to Diversity in the 2009 series, selling 25m records.
Simon was delighted Susan agreed to come back, an insider told The Sun newspapers Bizarre column.
As well as familiar acts from the show, AGT judges Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum and Mel B will once again be joining Cowell on the panel.
Who won Americas Got Talent 2018?
The 2018 series of the show was won by Canadian-born magician Shin Lim.after dazzling everybody with his card tricks.
Shin fought off competition from acts including British teenage singing sensation Courtney Hadwin – who finished in sixth place.
Will Americas Got Talent: The Champions be shown in the UK?
Currently nobody has confirmed plans to show the series here, although Netflix UK showed the recent series of Americas Got Talent, so you never know.
