Stacey Solomon has just one piece of advice for anyone considering heading to the Im A Celebrity jungle this year – dont tell show bosses what youre afraid of.

Dont tell them what youre scared of – when people say, “oh my biggest fear is snakes”, what a silly thing to say! Stacey tells Metro.co.uk.

Youre going to get a box of snakes as soon as I walk in there, or [when they say theyre afraid of] candyfloss! There will always be a way around it! she laughs.

But perhaps the most important piece of advice is to enjoy it.

Although it seems like it will never end it is so much fun, she adds although, no, she never wants to go on it again!

Stacey was crowned Queen of the Jungle in 2010, but she admitted that when she entered the jungle, a year after finding fame on The X Factor, she didnt believe she was really a celebrity.

Without X Factor I would never in a million years be able to achieve the things I have achieved, she told Metro.co.uk.

There will never come a point in my life where I think, “I want to lose the X Factor tag”. Never. I am so proud of it, I was 19 and it was the biggest show on telly. I never want to be disassociated from that, nor Im A Celebrity – I wasnt even a celebrity!

I still dont think I am!

This years series of Im A Celebrity will look vastly different because Declan Donnelly will for the first time ever be co-hosting without Ant McPartlin.

Holly Willoughby will instead steps into Ants shoes this autumn, after it was confirmed that Ant would be taking a break from showbiz after a stint in rehab and then months later a drink-driving conviction .

But Holly has since revealed she never wanted to be asked to do it: It was a job I never wanted to be offered.

No one ever wanted the day to come when it was Dec without Ant. We all grew up in this business together, we live near each other and all our families are friends. But I felt honoured that Dec trusted me to do it because such a huge deal for him to work with someone else, she told Stella magazine.

Holly added that she promised Ant she would do a good job for him in his absence: I told Ant I would look after his show for him – because it is still his show – and I would look after Dec for him.
